Sometimes it’s early in the morning. It’s been in the middle of the night. It doesn’t seem to be always like when it storms or rains or anything like that. It can be beautiful out, and we’re losing power.”Atkins is telling people to file complaints with Xcel and the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, which regulates Xcel.In a statement, Xcel Energy said:“We understand the frustration these outages have caused and take customer concerns seriously. We have been communicating with Commissioner Atkins on potential solutions that could improve service reliability in this area of Inver Grove Heights and remain focused on identifying the best path forward.”
